I think the first thing I would make would be a yummy homemade gf sandwhich bread. Cosa mi metto??. I would make either zucchini bread or banana nut bread. I have only had one attempt at this, and have been dying for a second try.

So after looking up a few recipes I remembered that my beloved New York housewife Betheny, had tweeted about a banana bread that she makes. I stopped at the grocery store after work to pick up the ingredients I was missing and hurried home to try my first attempt at any sort of homemade bread.
