This book will make you realize crime, corruption, cops and crime fighters are not a new concept. Her charming characters live realistic everyday lives, fighting crime back in the old Rome of the Caesars. Hazelton, an agnostic Jew, writes about the prophet Muhammad from a nonjudgmental stance and with historic deep knowledge in a way that offers an inspiring perspective into its first prophet and the time when Islam was born. I could connect to the human being Muhammad, and for me, as a Muslim woman, this book made me reconnect with my own identity.

The Awakening. Want to print your favorite book lists. Well written and suspenseful right to the final chapter. Finally I got it on Audible and that was the key.

Christmas Under the Stars. Excellent book. I've seen a lot of comparisons to The Girl on the Trainbut instead I'd recommend this one for Tana French fans although it's much tamer on gore and language. Love, LOVE this list.

I did the same thing. I read Sand and Rown in about 8 hours. I drove my co-workers nuts. I currently have two hard copies one to keep and one to give away.

    Oh boy, now I have to request some of these at my library. Most life boosk have been written by and about successful men? Both are about friendship-it seems to be what she does best. Her story is both heartbreaking and heartwarming.🙅‍♀️

    Jane Steele Author: Lyndsay Faye. I agree. But some amazing authors through the centuries have written works that they hoped and prayed and intended their audiences would consume quickly whether by reading or listeningin a day or two aka 24 hours or even in one sitting. I was practically hyperventilating during the climax.
