    Why do I look muscular, and Becky looks so lean and sleek. What is Old School, New Body. The protocol is also designed to be performed by older people both men and women of all ages. Instead of relying on high weights to create intensity.

    Our bodies all age, one day at a time. This does not involve special creams, or some kind of 'miracle' Most people understand that both men and women MUST exercise in order to turn back the clock. 🙆
