This is a very important book in today's world. I agree that it is good to give girls tools to overcome or moderate those inner voices that can enouh overly critical and can stop girls and women from taking risks and making changes. Some of her This book is a great overview of the social and psychological pressures that teen and young adult girls face today. Better not to try at all, they think.
