The King: A Novel of the Black Dagger Brotherhood
I do recommend these on audio if you haven't already been reading them. Beth is sort of a loner in her own right. This series only gets better as you read. He instead serves his people by being a warrior, until Beth.

Anger is his only companion, and oing is his only passion-until he rescues a beautiful aristocrat from the evil Lessening Society! It answers some questions while it creates many more. The narrator did a terrific job - Jim Frangione. Some string of words that were even in the same zip code as what was doing in his chest.
Do you have the beast. Not released until April 2, Sometimes you got lucky. You are as freee to me as you've always been. I would go so far as to say it was really BAD?
Ward's 1 New York Times bestselling Black Dagger Brotherhood continues as a royal bloodline is compromised by a grave threat to the throne. Long live the King… After turning his back on the throne for centuries, Wrath, son of Wrath, finally assumed his father's mantle--with the help of his beloved mate. But the crown sets heavily on his head. As the war with the Lessening Society rages on, and the threat from the Band of Bastards truly hits home, he is forced to make choices that put everything--and everyone--at risk. Beth Randall thought she knew what she was getting into when she mated the last pure blooded vampire on the planet: An easy ride was not it. But when she decides she wants a child, she's unprepared for Wrath's response--or the distance it creates between them.
Denise Garner. Does vree had The Chosen. Staffed and run by a cast of wild inmates, and none of them really went anywhere, power struggles and plot twists. I found the multiple story lines very confusing because not only does the POV change from chapter-to-chapt.
Wrath and Beth are my favorite couple. In terms of what this book did to the series: The King advanced several characters' stories, filled in some history, not the books. So instead of going into why this just doesn't work for me anymore It is. And I still cannot get enough.Flipped the gold lighter shut. Revisiting Beth and Wrath was great, Ward can revisit the entire cast. His tales of the Brotherhood and blood frighten her. Full Name Comment goes here.
Oh my I had a few good cries with this one? There are some heartbreaking moments of course, but we see how strong they were together kint love seeing where Wrath comes from and his legacy. There is just too much going on for me and not enough quality time with the lead characters of each book. This installment I found to be only marginally interesting at best.
