Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
Been advised to go GF glutten my doc but will miss decent pizza so much. This is a great and relatively easy to make crust. Just follow the recipe instructions through step 3 below. The edges were deliciously crunchy and it was perfect all the way through.The crust was pjzza too sweet for my liking. The taste is good but the white rice flour does seem to act as a 'stabilizer' in this recipe. The trick would be to make sure your parchment paper is well oiled so you can roll the dough, like you would cinnamon rolls. This really is the best pizza crust and I have tried a lot.

Hmm, sounds like the gluten-free flour needed to be increased. Back to King Arthur. It seems like there is at least one gf camper each session. I wish I could post a picture….Typical.
