    Substituted large iceberg lettuce leaves for bread and added lemon pepper to taste? Now you can fill with whatever you like. Next time, you can change the flavor-make it Mexican with chili powder and limes; Greek with lemon and oregano; Israeli with zaatar… the possibilities are limitless. I see some of these people thought they were making real cold smoked lox, you should have defined it a bit better.
