I know my yeast was good as it was very foamed in the cup as I let it proof. I have to mlx this right for my husband. My first loft was a little yellowish and it did not rise much in the oven?     Also, 4 minutes of mixing is too long. I did not let mux mix retard. Cover and put to rise as for Pan Buns, page. Pretty please.👮‍♂️

    Check out my 15 Yeast and Bread Making Tips. They are expensive and take up a lot of storage space. I went to cut it and it was nice and spongy at the top but closed at the bottom…what did I do wrong. Hoood will try again but putting in mini-muffin tin instead.
