Then we can feel that there is not much hope for our future. I simply loved this book. What they had cultivated in their long lives was that enduring trait of joyfulness. You don't have to be Christian or Buddhist for it to be effective either.
I simply loved this book. It is: How can I use this as something positive. Chau and James both seemed to me to do an excellent job of narrating and capturing the voices of both Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama. I think I'm just not in the right place in my life to enjoy this the way I should.
