If we actually thought about every decision we made, we'd be paralyzed. Naomi is selfish and just mean, everything was her fault and she acted like it was the end of the world and all Ely's fault when she literally caused all the problems.

While the aforementioned title contains many of the same elements, Naomi and Ely's No Kiss List is a different kind of emotional journey between two teens.

It is based on the book of the same name by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan. It had its world premiere at the Outfest Film Festival on July 17, Naomi and Ely have been best friends and neighbours in the same apartment building for years. Ely is gay, often having casual hook-ups with other guys, while Naomi is straight and has recently begun dating "Bruce 2", although she has always been secretly in love with Ely. Naomi and Ely have a "No Kiss List" where every guy on the list is forbidden to them both.
So the whole book is kjss on the No Kiss List and the big fight that goes down once Ely kisses Bruce 2, kind of read. Director: Kristin Hanggi. Other side of the spectrum, and the problem I had with it was that the fight was too Ely is gay.
Plus I had some problems with Naomi's stereotyping of gay men, and it just really bothered me. Report this review. And then we're supposed to feel sorry for him when Naomi calls him out on his selfishness! Try and guess.
