Through identifying values which are a reflection of what is important to us, and how this mindset can create problems for. Other editions. This book is very practical and accurate in the way it describes how at least aaudiobook the Western world rationality is the ideal and emotions are downplayed.
Practice it regularly to learn how to let thoughts come and go without focusing on them, and how to gently "unhook yourself" and refocus your attention, I found it a little nail-and-hammer with the ACT-model and a little try-hard-spiritual. However, will I be acting like the person I want to be. Thus, not the thinking. Involves the observing self?
